Gainbridge in Forbes
Gainbridge, a newly formed online annuity and life insurance agency has reached a multiyear agreement to become the presenting sponsor of the Indianapolis 500. The deal activates ahead of the 2019 edition of the historic race scheduled for Sunday, May 26 at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
Financial terms were not revealed. Gainbridge is part of Group 1001 family of companies that involves $36 billion of assets under management since Sept. of 2018.
The 103rd running of the race will be the Indianapolis 500 presented by Gainbridge, and comes on the heels of Japanese mega-telecommunications and data company NTT becoming the entitlement sponsor of the IndyCar Racing Series, as well as Speedway coming on as the Official Fuel and Convenience Store of the racing league, and having NBC as the new broadcast partner.
