Catchword was engaged by CBRE to develop a name for one of the commercial real estate investment firm’s newest ventures: a highly flexible, WeWork-style workspace, including configurable team suites, on-demand meeting rooms, and co-working spaces. Once CBRE had landed on a name for the new workspace (Hana), they asked us to imagine a catchy tagline for the brand. Suggesting wonderful working environments and imaginatively designed spaces, as well as productivity and business growth, we proposed Work Wonders, a compact, clever, and pleasantly alliteratively double-entendre.
In 2021, CBRE invested $200 million in Industrious, the highest rated flexible workplace provider in the industry, and transferred all Hana co-working operations to the firm.
