J&J wanted us to name a new line of feminine care products that relieved itching, irritation, and chaffing. The product line was fairly diverse and condition-specific, but through our discovery process, we found a common benefit: all of them were about soothing care. Sometimes the best way to say something is to just say it. So we did.
