McDonald’s needed a name for their new chicken sandwich (and a bunch of other cool menu items). The new name had to be upscale enough to suggest premium, casual enough to appeal to a wide audience, and distinctive enough to signal a truly new menu concept. Hundreds of visits to the Arches (and who knows how many fries) later, we served it up.
