what about Fallout? Robco, Vault-tec, Enclave (I think there is a very small difference between big evil corporations and big evil goverments – somtimes they are well connected and principles are same)

I think some one of theese is need to change to Union Space Corporation from the Doom game series. I think the UAC is the most dystopian corporate of theese after the weyland yutani.

I seem to recall that Black Mesa is a government facility, not a corporation. Besides, the most evil things done in Black Mesa were flagrantly ignoring OSHA and being the site of a catastrophic failure in an experiment revolving around shooting a crystal with lasers which may or may not have been tampered with by the G-Man and/or other unknown parties.
